Legacy Alerts and its conglomerates, parent organizations and subsidiaries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operate private, invitation-only, not-for-profit, covenant communities fulfilling the mission of Matthew 28:19-20 and James 1:27. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle information submitted through our registration process and community platform.

By submitting a registration request through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.


2. Who We Are

Legacy Alerts is a private charitable community. We are not a publicly marketed organisation. Membership is available exclusively by referral from an existing member. This website exists solely to facilitate the registration process for referred individuals.

When you submit a registration request, we may collect the following information temporarily to approve or deny your application:

  • Name — first and last name as provided
  • Email address — for approval notification and community communication
  • Phone number — for text alerts and community communication
  • Referral information — the name of the existing member who referred you
  • Community identity — your chosen User ID and Display Name
  • Profile information — your stated interests, objectives, experience, personality, account type(s), and financial status
  • Support preference — your preferred method of communication
  • Vision statement — your written response describing your intentions

We do not collect payment information, government identification, or any sensitive personal data through this website.


4. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the registration form is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Membership review — to evaluate your application for admission to the community
  • Approval notification — to contact you with the outcome of your application
  • Community onboarding — if approved, to set up your access to our community platform
  • Internal administration — after denial or onboarding we have no access to your information

We do not use your submitted information for any purpose unrelated to internal administration..


5. How We Store Your Information

We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. The following practices apply:

  • Submitted registration data is reviewed manually by authorised administrators only
  • No persistent logs or records of submitted data are stored beyond the membership review process
  • Data is fully encrypted during transmission and storage for the membership review process
  • Self-wiping protocols are applied to submitted information following the membership review process
  • No cookies beyond those strictly necessary for the operation of this website are placed on your device
  • No tracking technologies, including pixels, beacons, fingerprinting tools, or third-party analytics scripts, are used on this website

6. Who Has Access to Your Information

Access to submitted registration information is strictly and temporarily limited to:

  • Authorised administrators of Legacy Alerts responsible for membership review
  • No third parties, affiliates, partners, advertisers, or external organisations have access to your personal information

We do not and cannot sell, rent, trade, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.


7. Community Platform Privacy

Upon approval, members are onboarded to a private community platform hosted on one of our international homeservers. The following applies within the community:

  • All community communications are conducted on a private, self-hosted server not operated by any public third-party messaging company
  • Members are identified within the community by their chosen User ID and Display Name only
  • No personally identifiable information is to be used, made visible, or disclosed to other community members
  • Disclosing personal information about yourself or any member of the community constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate and permanent expulsion

8. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses only:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the basic operation of the website and form submission (session cookies, CSRF protection tokens)

We do not use:

  • Advertising or marketing cookies
  • Analytics or tracking cookies (including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar)

10. Data Retention

  • Approved members — no personally identifiable information is retained for the purpose of managing active membership. All information is deleted permanently upon resignation or removal from the community.
  • Declined applications — information submitted by applicants who are not approved for membership is deleted following the notification of that decision.
  • Withdrawn applications — if you withdraw your application at any stage, your information is deleted immediately upon request.

11. Your Rights

Regardless of your jurisdiction, we honour the following rights for all individuals:

  • Right of access — you may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
  • Right to correction — you may request that inaccurate information be corrected
  • Right to deletion — you may request that your personal information be deleted at any time
